Meet Dr. Jon

I am a licensed psychologist in Minnesota. I have advanced training in clinical child and pediatric psychology, specializing in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have expertise in conducting psychodiagnostic and psychoeducational assessments and have extensive experience working with youth and their families in various settings such as pre-K learning centers, community mental health centers, and pediatric hospitals.

Areas of Expertise:

  • Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Learning differences like dyslexia, differences in intellectual functioning (or “giftedness” or “twice-exceptionality/2-e”)

  • Autism

  • Intersections of queer and LGBTQIA+ identities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Washington

  • Master’s degree in Clinical Child Psychology from the University of Kansas

  • Doctorate degree in Clinical Child Psychology from the University of Kansas

  • Postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Child and Pediatric Psychology from Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago
